Meet Your RoundTable Leaders

As change accelerates and burnout rises, leaders must redefine success through the lens of humanity and purpose. Hosted by Kathryn Janicek, Founder & CEO of Janicek Performance Group, this conversation brings together Shelley Paxton, former Chief Marketing Officer of Harley Davidson and founder of Soulbbatical; Lauren Mutti, Vice President – AGC Labor & Employment at Keurig Dr. Pepper; and Soni Basi, Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer at Incyte for a candid discussion on how authentic connection, transparency, and a growth mindset can build resilient, people-first cultures that thrive in uncertainty.
Join Soni, Lauren and Shelley to talk about…
1. Authentic Human Connection
How trust, belonging, and genuine relationships drive engagement and innovation—especially as AI and digital tools reshape how we work.
2. Redefining Success Through Humanity and Well-Being
How modern leadership rooted in courage, curiosity, and compassion helps combat burnout and create sustainable success.
3. Navigating Change with Growth Mindset & Transparency
How leaders can model adaptability and openness to build cultures that grow stronger through change.
This isn’t just a discussion—it’s a practical roadmap for building your business by building your culture. You’ll gain concrete actions to build trust, and strengthen resilience—helping your teams stay engaged, connected, and ready for what’s next.
