To choose the right Advisor, start by clarifying your goals and the type of guidance you need, whether it’s strategic advice, industry insights, or help with a specific challenge. Browse Advisor profiles to review their expertise, accomplishments, and areas of focus, ensuring their experience aligns with your needs.
To book a session, click "Schedule Your Session" on the Advisor's profile. Select your preferred date, time, and session duration from the Advisor’s calendar. You’ll then provide discussion topics you wish to cover in your session. Once everything is booked, you will receive a confirmation email with the session details. Please note you must be a registered Member to book a session with an advisor.
We make it easy to book the most in-demand experts and get 1:1 advice over a video consultation.
(1) Connect: Search for an Advisor based on the criteria important for your session. Once you find an Advisor and session time that fits your schedule, you pay for the session in the secure payment section.
(2) Converse: You will receive confirmation of the session and reminders about the session until it begins. There will be a Wisory Concierge to begin and end the session to ensure the session runs smoothly
(3) Conquer: Now that you have your new wisdom, you can apply it to solve your current challenges and continue to find other Advisors as new questions arise.
If you’re unable to attend a scheduled session, you can reschedule or cancel it in advance through your Membership account. If you need to reschedule your session, first be sure to cancel your original meeting. Please note that cancellations or rescheduling must be completed at least one business day prior to the session to avoid any penalties. If you do not show up to your session and fail to notify us within the required time, the session may still be charged, and refunds will not be issued. We recommend reviewing our cancellation policy for full details.
Many of our Advisors are in high demand which means their sessions book quickly. In the future, we will be adding a Waitlist so you can be notified of an Advisor’s new available sessions.
Most Advisors offer 30 and 60 minute sessions. If you both enjoy the session and agree to continue, you can easily book additional sessions for your next conversation.
Advisors tend to add sessions on an ongoing basis but it depends on each Advisor’s level of demand and availability.
Yes, Members can connect with the same Advisor as long as both parties agree to it.
Topics are constantly being updated. In the future we will have a method to recommend topics and Advisors.
The Wisory does not currently support international customers or sessions. We will be enabling this feature in the future.
All session times are shown based on your local time when you book the session. When you book your session you have the option to change your time zone.
Members are billed for a session once the Advisor accepts and confirms the session.
Sessions are conducted on a secure Zoom link through The Wisory’s proprietary platform.
After your session, you’ll have the option to leave a review and rating on the Advisor’s profile, which will be visible to all Wisory Members to help others make informed decisions. Additionally, you can provide confidential feedback directly to The Wisory to help us improve the platform and Advisor experience.
