About Troy Henikoff
Trying to figure out the next step in your entrepreneurial journey? Well, you have found the right place!! As a serial entrepreneur, I LOVED starting companies and building things that have never existed before. I have always felt that creating something from nothing is one of the most rewarding challenges a person can take on. That is until I started helping other entrepreneurs about 20 years ago!
I have practical in-the-trenches experience from starting and running half a dozen companies of all types - bootstrapped, angel financed, VC backed and even PR Backed. But more importantly I have been made investing decisions and been on the cap table of over 200 companies. From helping start the first accelerator in Chicago, Excelerate Labs to running Techstars Chicago to being a Managing Director at MATH Venture Partners to over 40 angel investments, I have had the opportunity to work with some amazing entrepreneurs. Sure I am known for maniacal focus on goto market strategies and financial modeling, but think of myself as an "all around athlete" when it comes to startups.

To book a session, click "Schedule Your Session" on the Advisor's profile. Select your preferred date, time, and session duration from the Advisor’s calendar. You’ll then provide discussion topics you wish to cover in your session. Once everything is booked, you will receive a confirmation email with the session details. Please note you must be a registered Member to book a session with an advisor.
(1) Connect: Search for an Advisor based on the criteria important for your session. Once you find an Advisor and session time that fits your schedule, you pay for the session in the secure payment section.
(2) Converse: You will receive confirmation of the session and reminders about the session until it begins. There will be a Wisory Concierge to begin and end the session to ensure the session runs smoothly
(3) Conquer: Now that you have your new wisdom, you can apply it to solve your current challenges and continue to find other Advisors as new questions arise.
